    Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, mix cookie mix, 1/2 cup butter, egg, 1 tablespoon lemon zest, and 1 tablespoon lemon juice until well combined and soft dough forms.

    Press dough into a parchment-lined 13×9-inch pan. Bake 22 to 24 minutes or until edges are golden brown (center will look soft). Cool completely on cooling rack.

    Meanwhile, add your lavender to your cream, and let set for 5 to 10 minutes to steep. Strain out the lavender leaves.

    Stir together your 1/2 cup butter, powdered sugar, vanilla, 1 teaspoon lemon zest, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, and lavender-infused cream. Add a small dot of purple food color if you want the frosting to be lavender colored.
