History is in the making in Roosevelt County’s Ninth Judicial District Court. A Constitutionally- authorized petition to convene a Citizens’ Grand Jury to investigate Governor Michelle Lujan-Grisham for actions resulting in Malfeasance in Office, Misfeasance in Office, Violation of Oath of Office and Maladministration will be filed today on behalf of Roosevelt County Citizens. New Mexico is one of only six states where citizens have retained this right within their state Constitution. Citizen Grand Juries have been convened in Kansas and Oklahoma, but never before of this magnitude in New Mexico.
This action requires signatures from 2% of a county’s registered voters and was initiated by pro se legal expert, Larry Marker, and circulated and supported by the Roosevelt County Patriots. Although only one county is required to initiate this action, similar petitions are proceeding in 14 counties, soon to be in each of New Mexico’s 33 counties, assisted by local sponsors and volunteers. Mr. Marker emphasizes the point that this is a movement of citizens using their legal options to take action to defend themselves and their Constitutional rights from illegal government overreach and abuse.
The petition states that the governor has executed an abuse of authority related to the numerous Constitutionally prohibited renewals of a public health emergency. It further states that under guise of emergency authority, she ordered and authorized numerous illegal actions that included invasions of the Constitutionally protected rights of citizens of New Mexico.
This unprecedented legal action has the potential to require Governor Lujan-Grisham to appear in order to face charges in separate District Courts throughout the state.
The citizens of Roosevelt Co showed overwhelming support of this petition.

The first line in the preamble to the Constitution says “WE THE PEOPLE”, writ larger so it’s emphasized that we are ONE group, responsible not only for our own welfare that of our fellow Americans. This action is positively UN-American and I’m not afraid to call it that. I hope you all stop seeing everyone else’s rights as meaningless and remember what it means to be an American.

What she thinks is that EVERYONE should take every measure to protect themselves, their family, and their friends and neighbors from a virulent and potentially lethal disease. Do you have children in school and would you pull them out if a case of TB was discovered? Did you object to the vaccinations your child had to have to get into school? Why is this and putting on a mask to help prevent transmission of this horrible virus so abhorrent to you?
We don’t pay much attention to her mandates in southern New Mexico. Seems only you city dwellers to the north worship her every move and kiss her ring.

She sexually assaulted a staff member, had her PAC pay out a rather large settlement to shut down the criminal investigation…
And she was caught misappropriating government funds to buy Wagyu beef and tuna steaks to several purchases of bottles of tequila, vodka, gin, wine and beer, all used in her home. She parties, we pay.
She’s part of the “ruling elite” we found a revolution to overthrown. We don’t have Royalty in America and these “public servants” often need to be reminded who they work for.
