CITY COUNCIL
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORTALES added a Special Session to its roster of regular meetings, set for Tuesday, July 29, 2025, to be held at 5:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Portales Memorial Building. The purpose of the Special Meeting is to give the Finance Department the council’s attention for the FY 2026 Final Budget Hearing for the Council’s consideration, adoption and approval, along with other finance department documents and work. The hearing for the FY 2026 Final Budget will give the public an opportunity to provide council with their opinion and commentary. No additional city business will be discussed or heard.
For information regarding this schedule or an agenda item, call City Hall, 356-6662 (Option 2 – #4). City Council meetings are open to the general public. A copy of this notice will remain posted on the bulletin board in the front lobby of the City Hall, until the date of the meeting.
