The Don Hansen Football Committee has released the 2019 Don Hansen NCAA Division II All-America Team with two Greyhounds making the cut.

Senior fullback Paul Terry was named First Team Offense while junior guard Vili Fisiiahi earned Honorable Mention accolades.

Terry turned in one of the best seasons in Greyhound history as he broke the single season rushing record (1,888 yards) as well as the rushing yards per game (157.3) and rushing attempts (350) record in his final season donning the Green and Silver. He paced the Lone Star Conference with 17 rushing touchdowns and finished second in the league in scoring with 102 points. Terry rushed for 100 yards or more in every game except one including a 110-yard and three touchdown performance as he helped the Hounds to their first bowl victory in the Heritage Bowl over Southern Arkansas.

Helping pave the way for the number two rushing attack in the nation was Fisiiahi who led a dominant offensive line that constantly created running lanes for Terry and the rest of the Hounds ball carriers. Fisiiahi was a pivotal piece of an Eastern offense that led the nation in average time of possession (35 mins/game) and ranked fourth in the country in fourth down conversion rate (71.9 percent). The Honolulu native helped the squad break the school record for rushing yards in a season, finishing with 4,184 yards on the ground. The Greyhounds also broke the LSC record for rushing attempts in a season with a total of 770 attempts.
