Speaker’s comments will be limited to three (3) minutes unless the Mayor and/or Councilor(s) requests more information. Fence that does not Meet Municipal Code.
2. Resolution No. PC-2024-2025-44 Variance at 42417 US 70 Submitted by Fluhman Outdoor Media for the
Purpose of Building and Maintaining a Billboard.
3. Resolution No. PC-2024-2025-45 Variance at 614 W 15th Street Submitted by Joseph Garcia for the
Purpose of Maintaining a Carport that does not Meet Municipal Code.
4. Resolution No. PC-2024-2025-46 Special Use Permit at 42467 US HWY 70 Submitted by The Dimension
Group on Behalf of Circle K for the Purpose of Selling Packaged Liquor.
5. Resolution No. PC-2024-2025-47 a Replat of 400 S Ave G, 807 and 809 W 4th Street Submitted by Mario
Aguirre for the Purpose of Dividing the lot into Three Separate Lots.
6. Resolution No. PC-2024-2025-48 a Zone Change of 523 W University Drive Submitted by Leslie Salomon
from an R-1, Single Family Residential Zone to a C-2, General Commercial Zone.

2. Ratification of Grant PRZ – 25-02 Installation of Wind Cone and PAPI’s RWY 01-19.
3. Acceptance of Notice of Award to Bixby Electric, Inc. for Their Total Bid of $693,772.54.
4. Acceptance of Contract with Bixby Electric, Inc. for Grant PRZ-25-1 Congruent on Acceptance of Grant
PRZ-25-1 and Notice of Award.
