The Portales Swimming Pool is a public pool offering fun, recreational opportunities for the citizens of Portales.
The main pool measures approximately 50 meters x 30 meters and features 3′-12′ depths for the enjoyment of all swimming levels. The wading pool area is zero depth and possesses two slides and three water play features. The height restriction is 42″ for the wading pool.
Lifeguards are on duty during hours of operation.
HOURS OF OPERATION:
The City Pool will open May 26, 2017.
The Portales City Pool is open Tuesday through Sunday. The hours of operation will be 6 days per week from 1:00 pm – 5:45 pm.
Night Swim – Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays from 6:00 pm – 7:45 pm
Baby Pool- Tuesdays through Sundays from 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm
Pool will be open for Memorial Day and Independence Day.

Under 18 $3.00
Adults (18 and over) $4.00

Baby Pool $2.00*
*Child/Children in baby pool must be accompanied by an adult over 17; this one adult is not required to pay admission.
*There is a Height Constraint for Baby Pool Admission.
NO REFUNDS in case of inclement weather or required closures for health and safety reasons.

Pool Passes for individuals are available. Each pass allows 20 admissions.
Under 18 $40.00
Adult (18 and over) $60.00
Baby Pool $20.00
Pool Passes for families are available. One admission will be punched for each individual being admitted. Each pass allows 20 admissions.
Family Pass $60.00
Pool passes must be paid for at City Hall or the Memorial Building. All pool passes are non-refundable and non-transferable. The City of Portales is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged passes.
