MEMBERS OF THE PORTALES CITY COUNCIL will be attending the following events:
• Roosevelt County Chamber of Commerce Banquet on January 9, 2020 at the Yam Theatre. No City business will be conducted. • 2020 Clovis/Portales Legislative Appreciation Day on February 3, 2020 in Santa Fe, New Mexico. No City business will be conducted.

This is to certify that a copy of this Notice of Potential Quorum was posted on the main bulletin board of City Hall by 6:00 p.m., January 7, 2020.
