Bruce Cross was born in Chicago. Even as a child, he always knew he wanted to go into medicine. He went to college and graduated from St. John’s University and went on to medical school at the University of Iowa, College of Medicine. He did his postgraduate and training in obstetrics and gynecology at Wright-Patterson Base Medical Center in Ohio. In 1984, Dr. Cross and his family were transferred to Cannon Air Force. Like so many in the military, they were less than excited as they drove into Clovis; however they quickly became active in the community and saw the charm of the small town. In 1987 Dr. Cross left the military and they decided to stay in Clovis. He joined Women’s Medical Center at that time.   http://www.womensmedicalofclovis.com/index.html
