Press Release: The Roosevelt County Community Development Corporation
The Roosevelt County Community Development Corporation (RCCDC) is announcing congratulations to Good Life Independent Living on successfully securing Local Economic Development Act (LEDA) funding. The funding is allocated for the development and construction of seven new independent living homes for seniors.
This significant project directly addresses a critical and growing need for dedicated senior housing options in Roosevelt County. The seven new units will allow more aging residents to remain in the community while maintaining their independence and quality of life.
RCCDC is proud to support Good Life Independent Living in bringing this vital project to fruition. This is a great example of how local economic incentives, like LEDA, can partner with dedicated local businesses to tackle our community needs. We recognize the importance of providing quality, accessible housing for our seniors, and Good Life Independent Living continues to step up to fulfill that need.
The RCCDC looks forward to celebrating the groundbreaking and eventual completion of these senior independent living homes, marking a major step forward in expanding housing choices for Portales’ senior residents.
