AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT UP TO $220,000,000 IN CONNECTION WITH
A PROPOSED PROJECT LOCATED WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF ROOSEVELT
COUNTY FOR THE PURPOSE OF INDUCING SAN JUAN MESA WIND PROJECT,
LLC TO DEVELOP THE PROJECT SITE AND TO CONSTRUCT AND INSTALL THE
PROJECT; DIRECTING THE COUNTY CLERK TO PUBLISH OR ARRANGE FOR
PUBLICATION OF NOTICE OF INTENT TO CONSIDER AN ORDINANCE
