Elida traveled to Roswell to face Gateway Christian for their 2nd away game of the season. Kickoff was at 7 PM.
Gateway Christian proved to be such a tough opponent for the Tigers, and won with a massive margin. The final score of the game was 56-6, sending Elida home with their first loss.
Elida is now 3-1 this season. Their next game is in Mountainair on Friday, Sept. 23 at 7 PM.
