We will have an opportunity to greatly impact the future of our freshmen at Portales High School on Feb. 22 during the first-ever Reality Check Day in Portales. The program takes young people through real-life situations dealing with finances and everyday adult life.
We will have an opportunity to greatly impact the future of our freshmen at Portales High School on Feb. 22 during the first-ever Reality Check Day in Portales. The program takes young people through real-life situations dealing with finances and everyday adult life.
We must have close to 40 volunteers to make this happen. No specific experience is required but business owners and managers are encouraged to get involved as this will have a huge impact on our youth. These are the folks we’ll depend on in the future as employees and community members, let’s make sure they’re well equipped for life.
