Money, Withdraw or Transfer Funds on Deposits with Financial Institution, and to remove Lewis Shane Lee as an Authorized Signatory Official. If Financial Institution Accepts this Power with a Multiple Signature Limitation,
Domestic Government Unit Agrees to Waive a Multiple Signature Requirement for Any Withdraw in a Format
that Does Not Allow Financial Institution an Opportunity to Examine Signatures and Number of Signatures

Public Comments regarding Ordinance 2023-01
The Commission will allow up to two hours of public comment regarding this ordinance. The building will be opened at 6:30 p.m. to allow those interested in speaking to sign up. All public comments will follow the 2022-02 Public Participation Resolution, and is limited to three (3) minutes per speaker. The Commission Meeting will reconvene promptly at 7:00 p.m. and the sign-up sheets will be collected prior to the meeting initiation. The Commission will alternate between for and against opinions from members of the public whom signed up to speak. a.
