Autumn Dinessa (Shrock) Duran November 9, 1986 ~ May 28, 2026 (age 39)

Funeral services for Autumn Duran, 39, of Portales, will be held at 10:00 AM, Wed., June 3, 2026 at Legacy Church in Portales with Pastor Abner Ortiz officiating.  Burial will follow in the Portales Cemetery.

Autumn Dinessa Duran was born Nov. 9, 1986 in Portales to the home of Rebecca Darlene (King) and Harlain Deewayne Shrock, and passed from this life on May 26, 2026 in Lubbock, TX.  While Autumn was in school she played basketball and softball.  She was a 2004 graduate of the Elida High School.  On Feb. 8, 2014 in Poteau, OK she was married to Josue Duran.  Autumn was a talented musician, playing the guitar and singing and also composing music.  She passed that talent on to her son.  She was always cheerful and happy, and ready to help whoever she could in whatever way she could.  At times she even helped her father driving his big rig.  One of the unique things about Autumn was that she liked to change the color of her hair.  Autumn loved the Lord, and she and her family are active members of Legacy Church.

She is survived by her husband, Josue Duran; four sons, Dahntee Duran and Yandel Duran of the home and Ryan Tull and Kyler Tull both of Claud, TX; her father, Harlain Shrock of Portales; two brothers, Austin Shrock of Portales and Clayton and Jordan Shrock of Poteau, OK;and two sisters, Summer Parham of Portales and Trista Wanzor of Lubbock, TX.  She was preceded in death by her mother, Rebecca Winters.
