PORTALES, N.M. – Eastern New Mexico University has announced that head football coach Kelley Lee has been relieved of his duties, effective immediately. The University will begin a national search for new leadership to guide Greyhound football into its next chapter.
“I appreciate Coach Lee’s service and his years of commitment to Eastern New Mexico University,” said director of athletics Kevin Fite. “After evaluating the overall direction of the program, I believe new leadership is necessary to position Greyhound football for sustained competitiveness and long-term success.”
ENMU has appointed Andrew McCraw as interim head coach. Fite will meet with the team to outline the immediate plan and discuss the vision for the program as the search begins.
ENMU will share updates with the public and media as the search process advances.
