NOTICE OF POTENTIAL QUORUM
CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF PORTALES, NEW MEXICO

MEMBERS OF THE PORTALES CITY COUNCIL may be attending the New Mexico Municipal League’s
Annual Conference in Albuquerque, NM that is set to begin at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 31 through
Friday, September 3, 2021. There is a possibility of a quorum of the Council at the conference. No formal
City business will be conducted.

This is to certify that a copy of this Notice of Potential Quorum was posted on the main bulletin board of
City Hall by 12 Noon, August 27, 2021.
