“Grace and peace to you from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ, who gave Himself for our sins to rescue us from the present evil age, according to the will of our God and Father, to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen.”  Galatians 1:3-5 NIV

“I have been crucified with Christ, and it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me. So the life I now live in the body, I live because of the faithfulness of the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.”

Galatians 2:20 NET

“Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse … so that we could receive **the promise** of the Spirit by faith.”

Galatians 3:13-14 NET

#### Jesus is “the Promise.”

“Brothers and sisters, I offer an example from everyday life: When a covenant has been ratified, even though it is only a human contract, no one can set it aside or add anything to it.

Now the promises were spoken to Abraham and to his descendant. Scripture does not say, “and to the descendants,” referring to many, but “and to your descendant,” {singular}referring to one, who is Christ.”

Galatians 3:15-16 NET

“For in Christ Jesus you are ALL sons of God through faith … And if you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham’s descendants, heirs according to **the promise**.”

Galatians 3:26, 29 NET

The Promises of God are “Yes & Amen”

This phrase comes from 2 Corinthians 1:20, meaning that every promise God has made is confirmed and fulfilled in Jesus Christ.

It signifies that God’s promises are certain, reliable, and always true, and our “amen” to them is an echo of faith and trust, bringing glory to God.

It’s all about the WHO and that WHO is Jesus Christ – the Messiah & coming King!

Rest in HIS Promises.
