It is with heavy hearts that we inform you of the passing of our longtime Clovis Economic Development Director, Chase Gentry. After a recent hospitalization and complications stemming from COVID-19, Chase passed away on August 31, 2021.
Tomorrow, September 1, 2021 marks 20 years of Chase’s leadership as executive director of Clovis Industrial Development Corporation (CIDC). Chase has dedicated the past 30 years of his life to our community and the economic prosperity of eastern New Mexico and his passing is an enormous loss for our community.
