Vicente Damain Cisneros September 17, 2003 ~ October 24, 2026 (age 23)

Open visitation for Vicente Cisneros, 23, of Portales will be from 8 AM until 8 PM on Wednesday and Thursday, October 28th and 29th, 2026 at Wheeler Mortuary.

Vicente Damain Cisneros was born Sept. 17, 2003 in Clovis, NM to the home of Manuela (Pena) and David Cisneros, and passed from this life on the evening of Saturday, October 24, 2026 in Portales.  Vicente was a lifetime resident of Portales.  He worked as a roofer for Ridge Roofing Company.  For relaxation and enjoyment he often spent time fishing at Oasis State Park.  Vicente was a devoted father to his daughter, and had recently constructed a club house for her.  In addition to building things he also made knives, and enjoyed grilling.

He is survived by his daughter, Amelia Claudia Cisneros of Portales; his mother, Manuela Cisneros of Portales and his father, David Cisneros of Muleshoe, TX; three brothers, Daniel Paul Cisneros of Portales, Mauricio Jose Cisneros of McAllen, TX and Isael Cisneros of McAllen, TX; and three sisters, Destiny Teresa Cisneros-Ortiz and husband, Julian of Portales, Myra Desiree Reynolds and husband, Christopher of Portales and Azelyn Cisneros of McAllen, TX.
