Competition is underway at the West Texas A&M Classic & Multi events, and two members of the Eastern New Mexico University team have participated in the decathlon. Ezra Bagwell placed sixth in the event’s long jump, while Scott Wesselink took tenth.
Bagwell’s leap covered a distance of 20′-1.5″, while Wesselink’s jump was 18′-8″.Bagwell’s performance was a season-best in the long jump.
Wesselink, Bagwell and the ENMU track & field team will continue competition in Canyon, Texas, tonight and through tomorrow.
